I don't know what your experience is writing children, but I found this to be tricky. You want them to be believably young, but you also don't want them to act so precious that they come off as artificial or overblown.
I enjoyed it! He seemed smart for his age (due to his circumstances) so very believable! I was excited for part 8 thinking this was it until I read the beginning so I’m even more excited for later this week! I’m glad you didn’t post something just to appease the masses when you weren’t satisfied with it yet 😊
